Legal analysis: If you record other people's conversations, it is an invasion of others' privacy. If you secretly record your conversation with others, this conversation includes both your own speech and the other person's speech. There is no so-called privacy problem between the two parties. Theoretically, the recording of this conversation is not regarded as infringement. However, if this recording is modified or disseminated, it is beyond the scope of privacy transferred by both parties because of the conversation, which is an infringement.
