A mature heat shrinkable tube production line should have the following equipment: extruder (heat shrinkable tube forming), production mold, cooling tank, tension device, closing device, etc.
2. Injection molding: it is mainly used to produce heat-shrinkable shaped parts, such as heat-shrinkable caps, heat-shrinkable umbrella skirts, heat-shrinkable finger covers and other products. Production equipment should include injection molding machines and injection molds.
The next step is radiation crosslinking. Extruded or injection-molded products are still linear molecular structures, and products do not have "memory function", and their temperature resistance, aging resistance and wear resistance are not enough. At this time, it is necessary to change the molecular structure of the molded product. The methods we usually adopt are radiation crosslinking modification: electron accelerator radiation crosslinking, cobalt source radiation crosslinking and peroxide chemical crosslinking. At this time, the molecule changes from linear molecular structure to network structure. The cross-linked extruded product has a "memory effect", which greatly enhances the temperature resistance, mechanical properties and chemical properties of the heat shrinkable tube, which is embodied in the fact that the heat shrinkable tube changes from a molten state to an unmelted state, and is aging-resistant, wear-resistant and chemical-resistant.
Expansion molding: the products modified by radiation crosslinking already have "shape memory effect" and are insoluble at high temperature. After high temperature heating, vacuum blowing, warping, setting and cooling, the finished heat shrinkable tube is made, and then the finished product is packaged and sealed according to the actual situation of the tube, and can also be cut and printed according to customer requirements. Neutral normal packaging can also be provided.
