Do you want to eat fried hemp leaves that you often eat during the Spring Festival?
When I was a child, every household in the village would smell fried on holidays, and that's how the impression of that year came from. Before the Spring Festival, the New Year's Eve dinner was prepared a few days earlier. In order to prevent food from going stale, frying is the best way to preserve food. Have you eaten all the following four kinds of fried products that you often eat during the Spring Festival?

Fried hemp leaves

Ingredients: flour, eggs, sesame seeds and sugar.

Practice: 1, add eggs and sugar to the flour, stir with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, and add black sesame seeds and mix well. 2. Knead into a smooth dough, and wake it 15 minutes. 3. Roll the dough into thin slices on the chopping board and cut off the corners. 4. Cut the dough into even rectangles. 5. Fold the equally divided piece in half, then cut it twice with scissors and open it. 6. After opening, one end of the wrapper remains motionless, and the other end is opened through the hole in the middle and flattened. 7. After all the dough pieces are formed, fry them in the oil pan until golden brown, and let them cool.

Children's favorite Spring Festival snacks are crisp and sweet.
