JDG is a kind of compact galvanized thin-walled conduit, and its connection depends on the top wire of the pipe fitting to fasten the pipeline and realize close connection.
KBG is a snap-in galvanized thin-walled conduit, and its connection is to press the pipeline and pipe fittings out of a small pit with snap pliers and connect them closely.
2. The national standard wall thickness is different.
In JDG, except φ 16, the wall thickness is 1.5mm (the allowable deviation of wall thickness is 0.08), and other φ 20, φ 25, φ 32, φ 40 and φ 50 are all 1.6mm (the allowable deviation of wall thickness is 0.08).
Except φ 16 and φ 20, the wall thickness of KGB tubes is 1.0mm (allowable deviation of wall thickness is 0.08), and the wall thickness of other φ 25, φ 32 and φ 40 tubes is 1.2mm (allowable deviation of wall thickness is 0. 10).

Detailed introduction of JDG tube and KBG tube;
1 and JDG pipe introduction
JDG pipe is also called tightly galvanized steel pipe. The conduit is made of high-quality cold-rolled strip steel, automatically welded by high-frequency welding machine set and protected by double-sided zinc plating; Uniform wall thickness, high welding roundness, good tolerance fit with pipe joint, small and round weld, smooth nozzle edge; When bending with a matching pipe bender, the cross-section deformation is small.
The ex-factory length of JDG pipes is 3m and 4m, and * * has six specifications: φ 16, φ 20, φ 25, φ 32, φ 40 and φ 50.
The wall thickness of standard conduit is 1.6mm, which is suitable for pre-embedding and ceiling laying.
The wall thickness of non-standard conduit is1.2mm, etc. , only suitable for ceiling laying.
Connection mode:
JDG pipe-to-pipe connection: First, insert the conduit and straight pipe joint tightly, and then continue to tighten the fixing screw with the fixing wrench until the "neck" breaks.
Connection between JDG pipe and junction box: unscrew claw nut of threaded joint, put it on the inner wall of junction box, and clamp claw nut and hexagon nut inside and outside the junction box with fastening wrench. Then connect the conduit with the other end of the threaded joint, and the process is the same as that of connecting the conduit with the straight pipe joint.
2. Brief introduction of 2.KBG tube:
KBG pipe is also called buckled thin-walled conduit. The conduit is made of high-quality cold-rolled strip steel, automatically welded by high-frequency welded pipe unit and galvanized on both sides. KBG pipe has uniform wall thickness, high welding roundness, good tolerance fit with pipe joint, small and round welding seam and smooth nozzle edge.
There are six specifications of φ 16, φ20, φ25, φ32, φ40 and φ50, with the wall thickness of 1mm or 1.2mm respectively, and the ex-factory length of the catheter is 4m.
Connection mode:
KBG pipe-to-pipe connection: directly insert the catheter into the straight pipe joint or elbow joint and fasten it at the joint with crimping pliers.
Connection between KBG pipe and junction box: first connect the threaded joint with the junction box, then insert the conduit into the other end of the threaded pipe joint, and fasten the joint between the threaded pipe joint and the conduit with crimping pliers.
