1. Open photoshop, press and hold the shortcut key "ctr+n", the new dialog box shown below will pop up, and create a new canvas: the length and width of the canvas are both 500 pixels.

2. Select the foreground color button in the lower left corner. As shown in the figure, the "Color Picker (Foreground Color)" dialog box will pop up. Select the configuration of the foreground color as shown below. After the configuration is completed, click " OK" button.

3. Select the background color button in the lower left corner. As shown in the figure, the "Color Picker (Background Color)" dialog box will pop up. Select the background color configuration as shown below. After the configuration is completed, click " OK" button.

4. Select the gradient tool on the left, use the mouse to drag the mouse up and down on the canvas, and then you can see that a sky is drawn.

5. Click the brush tool on the left side of the interface, hold down the shortcut key F5, and the brush preset interface will appear.

6. Click "Brush Tip Shape" and then select "Soft Angle 75".

7. Check "Shape Dynamics", set the size jitter to 100%, the minimum diameter to 20%, the angle jitter to 20%, and the roundness jitter to 0.

8. Check "Dispersion", set the dispersion to 120%, the quantity to 5, and the quantity jitter to 100%.

9. Check "Texture", and this interface will appear. Follow the steps indicated by the arrows to set up, respectively: the first step is to click the "Pattern Color Picker", and the second step is to click the black color indicated by the arrow. Triangle, select "Fill Texture" in the third step, and select "Clouds" in the last step.

10. Still in the "Nib Shape"-"Texture" interface, set the zoom to 100%, the mode to "Color Burn", and the depth to 100%.

11. The shape of the pen tip is completely designed. Now return to the canvas and set the foreground color of the brush to white, which is the color of the clouds.

12. Then draw a smiling face on the canvas and see the effect.
