The work location is in Shanghai and they have signed a labor contract with our center. Recruitment procedures (1) Registration time and method This registration will be conducted online, using the online registration system of the Yangtze River Delta Branch Center for Drug Review and Inspection of the State Food and Drug Administration. The registration deadline is 24:00 on March 31, 2022. (2) Qualification review The branch center will review the qualifications of the applicants, and those who pass the qualification review can take the written examination. Applicants can log in to the application website to check the qualification review results. During the interview stage, a qualification re-examination will be conducted and the original relevant certification materials will be verified. 1. The examination opening ratio for the medical review and inspection post (ordinary procedure) and the medical review and inspection post (direct interview procedure) is 3:1. 2. Examinations can be organized only when the ratio of the number of qualified candidates to the number of candidates for other positions reaches 5:1 or above. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment and employment process. If an applicant is found to be unqualified for registration or provides false information during each link of recruitment and after employment, the branch center may cancel his/her qualifications for application or employment. (3) Examination The examination will be conducted in the form of written examination, interview, etc., and will be held in Shanghai. The specific arrangements for the written examination and interview will be notified later. Those who have not obtained the examination qualification will not be notified. The exam does not specify textbooks, tutorials, review outlines or review materials. 1. Examination scoring rules are directly entered into the interview process. Scoring rules: The examiner will grade the candidate's professional ability and position matching, expression and communication skills, professional ethics, logical analysis ability, organizational coordination and adaptability based on the candidate's on-site performance. The standard scoring is based on the scores from high to low, based on the number of candidates to be hired, and the actual number of recruits is taken to enter the inspection and physical examination procedures. Candidates' scores should reach 60 points or above. If the scores of the last candidates to be hired are the same, the one with the higher "professional ability and job matching" will be selected as the inspection object and enter the inspection and physical examination procedures. Ordinary procedure scoring rules: Except for positions with direct interview procedures, other positions will be conducted according to ordinary procedures. The total score is 100 points, and the written test and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score. The passing score should reach 60 points or above. Only when the passing score is reached can you enter the next stage. If the total scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will be selected as the inspection object and enter the inspection and physical examination procedures. 2. General procedure written test. Candidates who pass the qualification review need to report whether to participate in the written test before the written test.
When taking the written test, you need to provide original personal ID cards and other supporting documents. 3. Ordinary procedural interview. After the written test, based on the number of people to be hired and the written test scores from high to low, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined in a ratio of 3:1. The list of candidates for the interview will be announced, and candidates who have not entered the interview will not be notified. When participating in the interview, you must provide original supporting materials such as personal ID card, household register, academic degree certificate, and relevant professional and technical qualification certificates. (4) Inspection and physical examination According to the number of people to be recruited for the position, the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined in equal amounts in order of total scores from high to low. If the results of the inspection and physical examination do not meet the requirements, candidates can be substituted for the examination based on the total results, but the total number of substitutes shall not exceed the number of people to be recruited for the position. Those who voluntarily give up their qualifications before the inspection will not be included in the personnel ranking. Inspections are generally carried out through work ability surveys, individual interviews, and file review. The inspection contents include ideological and political performance, moral character, integrity and self-discipline, as well as business abilities and work performance related to the position applied for. The physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment, and the physical examinations are organized and arranged by the branch center. Only after passing the inspection and physical examination results can you proceed to the next step. (5) Research and determine the personnel to be hired. Research and determine the personnel to be hired based on the results of examinations, inspections and physical examinations. (6) Public announcement of the proposed personnel on the websites of the State Food and Drug Administration, the Center for Drug Evaluation, and the Verification Center. The publicity period is 7 working days. (7) Handle entry procedures. Those who have no objections after the public notice period is over shall, in principle, report to work within one month after receiving the notice, complete all entry procedures, and sign a labor contract. Newly hired personnel are subject to a probationary period. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be formally employed; those who fail to pass the assessment will be terminated. 7.
