The main job responsibility of the instrument nurse is to be responsible for the delivery of instruments, items and dressings required during the entire operation, and to cooperate with the doctor to complete the operation. Secondly, it also includes preoperative visits and preoperative preparation. The specific contents are as follows:

①Visit the patient one day before the operation to understand the condition and patient needs, and prepare surgical instruments and dressings according to the type and scope of the operation. Therefore, on the day before the operation, everyone saw the person wearing a cylindrical hat in the ward and asking about the patient's condition. ②Wash your hands, wear sterile surgical gowns, and sterile gloves 15 to 20 minutes before surgery; prepare a sterile instrument table, assist the doctor in disinfecting the skin in the operating area, spread sterile surgical drapes, connect and Fixed electric knife, suction device, etc.

③ Count and check items.

④ Deliver supplies correctly and cooperate with rescue efforts.

⑤ Specimen management: Properly keep the tissues or specimens removed during the operation and submit them for inspection in a timely manner as required.

⑥ Organize supplies.

Circuit nurse

The main task of the roving nurse is to be responsible for the preparation and supply of instruments, cloths, items and dressings during the entire operation, and to actively cooperate with surgery and anesthesia. Assist in completing infusions, blood transfusions, and the supply of special items and medicines on the operating table when needed for surgery. Therefore, when surgical patients look at those who send them into the operating room, leave the operating room, or open their eyes, they are the first person they see.
