1, laser power supply

2. Fiber laser

Fiber laser marking machine adopts imported pulsed fiber laser, which has good output laser mode and long service life. It is designed and installed in the casing of the marking machine.

3. Galvanometer scanning system

The galvanometer scanning system consists of an optical scanner and a servo controller. The whole system is designed and manufactured with new technologies, new materials, new processes and new working principles.

The optical scanner adopts a servo motor with moving magnetic deflection working mode. It has the advantages of large scanning angle, large peak torque, large load inertia, small electromechanical time constant, fast working speed, stability and reliability. The precision bearing anti-backlash mechanism provides axial and radial runout errors of the ultra-bottom; Electronic torsion bar replaces the traditional elastic torsion bar, which greatly improves the service life and the reliability of long-term work; The working principle of zero power maintenance at any position not only reduces power consumption, but also reduces the heating effect of the device, eliminating the thermostat; Advanced high-stability precision position detection and sensing technology provides high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability and low drift.

Optical scanner is divided into X-direction scanning system and Y-direction scanning system, and each servo motor shaft is fixed with a laser reflector. Each servo motor is controlled by a digital signal sent by a computer.

4. Focusing system

The function of the focusing system is to focus the parallel laser beam on one point. F-θ lens is mainly used. Different f-θ lenses have different focal lengths, so the marking effect and range are also different. Fiber laser marking machine adopts imported high-performance focusing system. Its standard lens focal length is f= 160mm, and its effective scanning range is φ 1 10 mm. Users can choose different types of lenses according to their needs.

Optional F-θ lenses are:

F= 100mm, and the effective focusing range is φ 65 mm

F= 160mm, and the effective focusing range is φ 1 10mm.

5. Computer control system

The computer control system is the control and command center of the whole laser marking machine, and also the carrier of software installation. Through the coordinated control of acousto-optic modulation system and galvanometer scanning system, the marking process of workpiece is completed.

Fiber laser marking machine's computer control system mainly includes chassis, motherboard, CPU, hard disk, memory stick, D/A card, floppy drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse and so on.
