What kinds of high temperature resistant plastics are there?
1, polyamide: large molecular weight, non-toxic, good heat resistance, especially good heat resistance, not easy to deform, so it can even be used to manufacture engine parts. Although it is not as good as cermets that can work normally at several hundred degrees Celsius, the service temperature of 200℃ is enough to surpass most plastics.

2.PET, polyethylene terephthalate: non-toxic, but side reaction products such as monomers, low molecular oligomers and diethylene glycol may remain in the synthesis process, and PET has a high melting point in plastics.

3. Polypropylene: Compared with PE products, the heat resistance of PP products is slightly better, and the service temperature of a typical locked water cup can reach 1 10℃.

4. Polycarbonate: PC with qualified initial phenol content in polycarbonate products releases phenols at a high temperature of about 200℃, far exceeding the normal use temperature of water cups.

5, PTFE: PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, can withstand the temperature of 260℃, its friction coefficient is extremely low, so it can be used for lubrication, but also become an ideal coating for easy cleaning of water pipes.
