First, measures to adjust the basic wage standard

After the adjustment, the salary standard of professional and technical personnel is increased from the current 1 150 yuan to 38 10 yuan to 1390 yuan to 4,850 yuan, and the management personnel is increased from the current 1 150 yuan to 3,770 yuan. The number of workers has increased from the current monthly rate of 1 130 yuan to 1640 yuan to 1360 yuan to 20 10 yuan; In the salary scale, professional and technical personnel and management personnel are raised from the current monthly 170 yuan to 5,795 yuan to 2 15 yuan to 6,355 yuan, and workers are raised from the current monthly 150 yuan to 1855 yuan to 2,047 yuan (kloc-0/85 yuan).
After some performance pay is included in the basic salary, the level of performance pay will be reduced accordingly (see Table 4 for the inclusion quota of each post level). Specifically, managers and workers are deducted from the basic performance pay on the basis of the performance pay quota stipulated by the state; Professional and technical personnel's performance pay is included in the quota, which is deducted from the basic performance pay according to the lowest post level of each post level, and the difference below the national regulations is deducted from the incentive performance pay.
Two. Other related policy issues.
(1) Appropriately raise the probation period and starting salary standard for staff of public institutions directly recruited from graduates of various schools. The improved salary standard is: junior high school graduates 1285 yuan per month, senior high school and technical secondary school graduates 1320 yuan, junior college graduates 1500 yuan, and undergraduate graduates 16 10 yuan. Undergraduate graduates with double bachelor's degrees (including more than six years' schooling), graduate students who graduated from postgraduate classes and those who have not obtained master's degrees are 1.755 yuan per month, master's degree students are 1.960 yuan, and doctoral degree students are 2 1.65 yuan per month. While raising the probation period and initial salary standard of the above-mentioned personnel, part of the performance salary will be included in the basic salary, and the level of performance salary will be reduced accordingly (see Table 4 for the included amount).
(two) appropriately raise the wage standard of apprentices and skilled workers in public institutions. The improved standard is:
1 skilled workers. Before recruitment, apprenticeships for ordinary junior high school and senior high school graduates are 1260 yuan in the first year and 1280 yuan in the second year. Apprenticeship treatment for graduates with technical school or vocational high school (including technical secondary school, the same below) before recruitment: technical school or vocational high school graduates 13 10 yuan, junior college graduates 1438 yuan, and graduates with bachelor degree or above 1560 yuan.
Ordinary workers. Treatment of ordinary workers during the skilled period: before recruitment, graduates from ordinary junior high schools and high schools 1.260 yuan, graduates from technical schools and vocational high schools 1.290 yuan, graduates from junior colleges 1.400 yuan, and graduates with bachelor degree or above 1.500 yuan.
While raising the wage standards of apprentices and skilled workers in public institutions, the level of performance pay will be reduced accordingly (see Table 4 for the inclusion quota).
(3) The post salary and salary scale of teachers and nurses in primary and secondary schools increased by 10%.
