The History and Culture of Nanxishan Hospital
Nanxishan Hospital, formerly known as China Guilin Nanxishan Hospital, was founded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance in 1967 to treat Vietnamese patients. Lin, a consultant from the Ministry of Health and an expert in hospital management, is now the first president of the hospital.

Fang Yi, former vice premier of the State Council, Du?n, former general secretary of Vietnam and other leaders of China and Vietnam, and Qian Xinzhong, Cui Yueli and Chen Minzhang, former ministers of health, visited the hospital successively.

Our hospital is a provincial general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching and research, prevention and health care.

In addition to the residents nearby, our hospital is also responsible for treating patients in northern Guangxi 12 county and some surrounding counties and townships in Hunan, and enjoys a good reputation in the region and neighboring provinces such as Hunan and Guangdong.

Our hospital has formed its own unique hospital culture while building a hospital.

Starting from 1998, the party and government leaders in hospitals began to introduce the corporate culture management concept of "continuous improvement and improvement" into the hospital management mechanism.

By soliciting plans from inside and outside the hospital, soliciting opinions from employees, and voting at the workers' congress, the hospital motto of "Southern medicine is the home, patients are the first, pioneering and sincere dedication" and the hospital-building policy of "shaping the image outside, shaping the quality inside, leading science and technology, and people-oriented" were formulated. Carefully designed the hospital's own school emblem and school flag; Eight light boxes stand beside the main road from the outpatient department to the inpatient department. The pictures on the light box are all about the hospital's own staff, equipment and services for patients. As night falls, the light of the light box illuminates the hospital and the hearts of employees, greatly enhancing their sense of honor, pride and responsibility.

The construction of hospital culture has United people's hearts, and the staff of the whole hospital have devoted themselves to the hospital construction with unprecedented enthusiasm, and the hospital is changing with each passing day.
