How to clean your teeth without brushing off your braces when your braces are ready?
I used to rinse my mouth first, which can remove a lot of residue from my braces. Then I brush my teeth with a horizontal brush, first in one row and then in the next. The original vertical brush can't be used, it will be dirty, it will be difficult to brush, and I often hang wire on my braces. Don't brush your teeth too hard. The braces are stuck to the teeth. If you drop them, you can stick them back on. You won't brush them off when you brush your teeth. Because of wearing braces, the toothbrush is easy to turn over. Remember to change it often.

The above is my personal brush method. Dentists have professional methods, which are more troublesome. If it's no trouble, you can try the following methods:

First, the number of times to brush your teeth: brush your teeth at least four times a day, brush your teeth after breakfast, lunch and dinner, and brush them again before going to bed. If there are snacks in the middle, be sure to brush your teeth after eating;

Second, brushing time: not less than 5 minutes each time;

Third, brushing method: 1, you can't brush the whole row when brushing your teeth, you must brush it in rows; 2. Every tooth surface of every tooth should be cleaned; 3. Pay special attention to the buccal surface of the teeth, that is, the tooth surface with brackets. Except the bottom surface of the bracket attached to the tooth surface, the other five surfaces must be brushed clean, especially the part near the gum. If this position is not cleaned, it will be very easy to leave food, leading to redness, bleeding and tooth decay, which will have a serious impact on hoop teeth.
