The newly-built Petrochemical Plaza covers an area of 55,000 square meters, with the theme of "flowers" and "water", and fully embodies the flower culture by adopting the traditional technique of "Bixing" in China. It is a plump, flexible and humanistic garden art space. There are mainly Huaxi, koi fish Fish Pond, Sinking Square, Shuihuatai, Lianchi, Huayingquan, Scattered Flower Terrace, Still Pool and Shallow Pool. The square is full of flowing water, melodious music, birds and flowers, lush green grass, and the lifelike twelve gods echo each other from afar, allowing you to integrate into the harmony and unity between man and nature.

Following Shihua Square, Hangzhou Garden will be transformed into a water flower area, a flower arrangement art museum, an orchid ecological garden, an indoor garden, a wooden house leisure area, a forest restaurant and a green theater as planned. By then, the park will be a comprehensive park with the theme of flower display, featuring flowers and water features, and sightseeing and leisure as the main content.

Tianze Building is located in the northeast of Hangzhou Garden, and its name is taken from Tianze Temple. Tianze Temple, built before the Song Dynasty, was a spiritual place for the ancients to pray for rain and blessings. Tianze architecture rebuilt in 2003 retains the traces of the original Tianze temple rain-praying culture.

Orchid garden is full of flowers, and the self-bred Chunlan, Xia Lan, Qiu Lan and Hanlan have the characteristics of elegant elegance and long fragrance. Especially the precious varieties "Shen Yu Dagong" and "Ceylon" presented by Zhu De during his lifetime attracted people's attention. There is a strange stone outside the bonsai garden, which is full of twists and turns and engraved with "Crepe Cloud Peak". It is rated as the first of the three famous stones in the south of the Yangtze River, adding luster to the garden.
