Old people, those who can't provide health code without smart phone, please bring your ID card and other valid documents to register.

Two, actively cooperate with the visiting doctor to complete the epidemiological investigation, and shall not conceal. Emergency patients should go to the emergency department in time, and patients with fever or living history in high-risk areas should go to the fever clinic.

3. When waiting in areas such as registration, waiting for medical treatment, payment, inspection and taking medicine, please keep a distance of more than one meter between people, and encourage online appointment, telephone appointment and electronic payment. The clinic strictly implements "one doctor, one patient and one clinic". Please don't let more than one patient enter the clinic at the same time.

Four, the patient must be tested for nucleic acid before hospitalization, and the patient and the accompanying staff can only be hospitalized when the COVID-19 nucleic acid test results are negative.

The inpatient ward is subject to 24-hour access control management. In-patient department, there is 1 fixed escort if no escort is needed. Please cooperate with the staff to complete the health registration management and nucleic acid detection, issue an escort certificate, and enter and leave the inpatient department with the escort certificate. The entourage shall not be replaced in principle. If they really need to be replaced, they must have a negative nucleic acid test result.
