The hospital actively creates a learning hospital, adheres to the concept of developing the hospital through science and education and putting talents first, and establishes talent strategy as the top project. It is required to establish a talent team with a group of provincial and national experts as subject leaders within five years. Among them, the majority of practicing doctors have a master's degree, and more than 10% have a doctoral degree. To this end, the hospital does everything possible to introduce and independently cultivate high-end talents and suitable talents. Every year, 3-5% of business income is withdrawn as funds for employee learning, training, on-the-job academic education and science and education.
