The hospital actively creates a learning hospital, adheres to the concept of developing the hospital through science and education and putting talents first, and establishes talent strategy as the top project. It is required to establish a talent team with a group of provincial and national experts as subject leaders within five years. Among them, the majority of practicing doctors have a master's degree, and more than 10% have a doctoral degree. To this end, the hospital does everything possible to introduce and independently cultivate high-end talents and suitable talents. Every year, 3-5% of business income is withdrawn as funds for employee learning, training, on-the-job academic education and science and education. We implement multi-level and diversified quality training for all employees to build a learning hospital and comprehensively improve the overall quality of the talent team. Currently, there are 224 people with senior professional titles, 351 people with intermediate titles, nearly 200 people with master's degree or above, and 38 people with medical doctors; 15 doctoral supervisors (including 12 external ones), 26 master's degree supervisors, and hold academic positions in professional committees at the provincial level and above. ***157 people. Among the first batch of 129 high-level talents in short supply in Qingyuan City identified by the Municipal Talent Work Leading Group in September 2013, our institute accounted for 59; among the second batch of 93 high-level talents in short supply identified in 2014, our institute accounted for 59. The hospital occupied 24 people. The Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base currently has two postdoctoral fellows at the station. In September 2014, it was approved to become the first batch of standardized training bases for resident doctors in the country. On March 4 this year, the Guangdong Provincial General Medical College Clinical Teaching Base Management Leading Group issued a document approving our hospital to become a non-directly affiliated hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. So far, it has won 134 national, provincial and municipal science and technology progress awards.
