Those who take the ward for general medicine, cardiovascular medicine, gastroenterology, neurology, hematology, endocrinology, nephrology, respiratory medicine, occupational diseases, infectious diseases, tuberculosis, tumor, pediatric medicine, rheumatism, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, pediatric surgery, tumor surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, burn surgery and plastic surgery. Geriatrics, general medicine, interventional therapy, tumor radiotherapy, oral surgery and other professionals. It is necessary to fill in the natural form of the applicant's information in the clinical work data extraction system (Chinese medicine hospitals do not need to fill in it for the time being).
