How to make white radish and pork rib soup
1. Wash the ribs
2. Peel the white radish and cut it into hob pieces. Add 6 bowls of water to the pot and bring to a boil

Method
1 Stir-fry star anise, cinnamon bark and bay leaves with an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry and set aside

Tips
The tube bones have been marinated. Because the cooking wine was poured in when marinating, some salt will be in the marinating soup after marinating.
When cooking pork bones, just remove the bones and boil them in water.
