The disadvantage of brazing connection is that the brazing point is easy to leak refrigerant, and the refrigerant resistance produced by brazing point will be too large, which is not conducive to the exertion of air conditioning refrigeration capacity.

Precautions for air conditioning transfer:

1. Before moving the air conditioner, it is necessary to test whether each function of the air conditioner works normally, so as to avoid disputes between the owner and the moving personnel due to a function failure of the air conditioner after moving the air conditioner. When recovering refrigerant and disassembling indoor and outdoor connecting wires, both ends of the connecting wires can be marked, which avoids the possibility of failure caused by wrong connection of the connecting wires during reinstallation and facilitates later installation.

2. As used air conditioners are generally attached with dust and dirt, when removing the nuts connecting the pipe joints, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the bell mouth and the joint to prevent dust or other dirt from entering the pipeline and blocking the pipeline when the air conditioner is turned on after transfer.

Before installing the docking interface, check whether there is dirt on the bell mouth and inside again, and remove the nut before covering it. When disassembling the connecting pipe in rainy days, the nozzle should be wrapped with plastic bags to prevent rainwater from entering and causing ice blockage.
