Angang is the largest regional subsidiary of Angang Group, formerly known as Anshan Iron and Steel Plant and Showa Iron and Steel Plant. It is the first large-scale iron and steel complex and the earliest iron and steel production base in New China, and is known as "the cradle of new China iron and steel industry". Angang products such as ships, national defense, automobiles, railways and household appliances are widely used in many fields and become the backbone of steel in China. The steelmaking process is like a battle. Anshan Iron and Steel workers finally developed and produced 66,000 tons of high-quality steel by relying on the blazing steelmaking furnace, and built the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, which attracted worldwide attention. Therefore, this batch of steel is called "competitive steel".
