"Medical beauty service management measures" provisions of the doctor qualification.

(1) Article 11 The attending physician in charge of implementing the medical beauty project must meet the following conditions:

1, qualified as a medical practitioner and registered by the medical practitioner registration authority.

2, engaged in related clinical disciplines work experience:

(1) The personnel responsible for implementing cosmetic surgery projects should have more than 6 years of clinical work experience in cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery and other related majors;

(2) The personnel responsible for the implementation of cosmetic dentistry projects should have more than 5 years of clinical work experience in cosmetic dentistry or stomatology;

(3) The personnel responsible for the implementation of cosmetic Chinese medicine and cosmetic dermatology projects should have more than 3 years of clinical work experience in traditional Chinese medicine and dermatology respectively.

3. Qualified in medical cosmetology training or advanced study, or engaged in medical cosmetology clinical work 1 year or more.

4 other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of health of the provincial people's government.

(2) Article 12 Medical practitioners who do not meet the above-mentioned conditions for attending doctors:

Can engage in medical beauty clinical technical services under the guidance of the attending physician.
