1. Incision on the inner edge of nostril+W-shaped incision on the alar angle of nasal columella. After drawing tangent lines along the two nostrils, anesthetize the local area.

2. Make an incision on the nostril according to the drawn tangent.

3. Make a small incision along the marking line, and then make subcutaneous separation from the incision along the bone to the root of the nose. The redundant soft tissue at the tip of the nose and a part of hypertrophic alar cartilage were removed, and the alar cartilage on both sides was sutured near the center.

4. Implant a properly trimmed silicone rubber or autogenous bone model under the nasal dorsum.

5. After deciding the shape of the nasal tip to be shaped, consider what materials to use, such as autologous cartilage and artificial prosthesis.

6. Shape the removed autologous cartilage or artificial prosthesis into the required shape and fix it on the nose tip.

7. Suture the autologous cartilage or prosthesis inserted into the tip of the nose with the nose of the subject.

8. Carefully observe whether the overall nose shape is natural.
