I'm already walking, slower than me. The kilometer pace of the mobile phone running software report is 6 minutes and 7 seconds, which makes me wonder if there is a mistake, because I have never been able to run so fast at 40km before. Anyway, I ran a little dreamy today.

Turn to the penultimate corner, there is no shade on the track, it should be like this until the finish line. In the hot sun, my mouth will soon dry and my head will be very hot. I thought there was less than a kilometer left, so I poured some water from my water bottle on my head and drank two more cups, which should make it to the finish line. A little brother next to him asked if there was any water. Hao gave him the bottle without hesitation, although only a little, hoping to help him.

I can't see the next corner yet. I have countless thoughts to stop and walk for a while. After all, even if I walk for a short time, it won't have much impact on my final grade. I can also get a PB (personal best personal best) to break 4, but I also have an idea to remind myself, stick to it, even if you run slowly, you can't stop! So I jogged past the last corner and I could see a big arch at the finish line far away. Many people passed me, so I ran to the finish line at my own speed. Can't sprint, can't sprint, and there are staff on the side constantly reminding everyone to keep a constant speed and don't sprint! It is very dangerous to sprint at this time, and many cases of sudden death occur in the final sprint stage.

I don't know why this melody actually appeared in my mind. I was about 3 meters away from the finish arch. I took out my mobile phone and photographed the time on the time board. The gunshot wound score was over 3 hours and 53 minutes. Because it takes me about 3 or 4 minutes to cross the starting arch from Area C, the estimated net score should be about 3 hours and 50 minutes. An hour later, I finally took out my wallet and another mobile phone, and found the short message from Zhihua 'an. The official net score is 3 hours, 49 minutes and 03 seconds. A little better than I expected.

Later, I chatted in the running group and told my friends that I don't think I will run for 4 hours in my life. After all, the last PB (Personal Best Personal Best) was the Qinhuangdao Marathon in May of 15. After that, I ran many times for 4 hours, 20 minutes or 4.5 hours, but there was never a PB. And in my concept, if you don't break 4, it is very difficult to achieve PB. I was in good health this year, but I collapsed ten kilometers behind Wuxi horse in March. In April, Taishan Horse was in good condition, but the track was all downhill, close to the best result, but I almost failed to break through. In May, Qinhuangdao directly abandoned the competition for personal reasons. At that time, I felt that I could not finish running. In July, Chongli 168 resumed its state, but it didn't run much since then. It only ran 100 km in the last month.

So although I want to break through before the race, I can improve my best result by 33 minutes and finish within 4 hours, which I never dreamed of.

This day is really a dream.

I haven't trained very hard since I decided to win the lottery, but I often fish for three days and dry the net for two days. At the end of August, I reminded myself to run an LSD (long and slow distance, literally translated as "long and slow distance running" or translated as "long jogging"), mainly to improve my endurance and cardiopulmonary ability. So one weekend night, I ran 20 kilometers in the park where I often run.

Then about a week before running, I ran a fast run of 10km, which improved the time of 10km to less than 50 minutes, which was also my best result. The rest is sporadic 5km running, 10km, without systematic training.

The only thing that didn't stop was squatting against the wall. During my running career for many years, I suffered two serious knee injuries, each of which caused me to be unable to run and compete for half a year, or my knee ached after running for 20 kilometers. So at the beginning of this year, I began to practice sitting against the wall and eating chondroitin. My knee hasn't hurt this year, and I think Taishan horse's good condition is also related to continuous sitting practice, so I have been practicing every day for more than a month, ranging from 3 minutes to 5 minutes, which has strengthened my leg muscle strength. The benefits are also obvious.

This year's Beijing Marathon is the 14 full marathon I participated in. If you add three cross-country runs of more than 50km, it can be regarded as 17 marathon. So I didn't feel nervous before the game, and I didn't expect the result, although the goal in my heart vaguely felt that I hoped to finish the game safely.

16 got up early, had a simple snack, put on the clothes prepared the night before, and set off with the competition equipment. Originally, I usually brought a mobile phone and a penny to pack salt pills, energy glue, change, ID card and paper towels, so I didn't need to save the package. But this time, because I have to attend an activity in the afternoon of 16, it is not appropriate to wear vest shorts, so I brought a sportswear. After the game, I can simply change it and save my bag.

When I went downstairs, I remembered to bring my pants, so I simply put on Anta's running shorts before the game, so I went upstairs and changed my clothes again. The shoes were also given by Anta for free after winning the lottery in Beima, and I paid a certain deposit. After the game, I uploaded photos of my personal track wearing brand running shoes and official competition results, and I can refund the deposit, which is equivalent to giving away my clothes and shoes for nothing.

In recent years, with the hot running and marathon, the marketing and promotion activities of sports brands are also in full swing. Well-known sports brands such as Xtep and Adi have sponsored a large number of runners and groups in North Malaysia in various forms to provide similar promotion activities. In the whole process of North Malaysia, runners like me wearing running shoes and equipment can be seen everywhere.

When I got into the subway, I began to meet my running friends who participated in North Malaysia. When I transferred to Metro Line 2, it was basically a special train for North Malaysian athletes. The second row was very long in the morning, so I was a little nervous because I wasted a little time going home to change clothes. After all, it's a long way from the subway to the departure area, and because there are too many people, you can only move a little with the crowd.

It took me more than 20 minutes to get into the security area at the starting point. I hurried to get my bag. Fortunately, it didn't take me long to save the bag, and then I ran to find my departure area C. At this time, the preparation activities were over, and there were still ten minutes before the starting gun sounded. However, the front of Area C is already crowded. I'm in front of area C 10 meters, and this position is ok. But there are still professional players ahead, players from Area A and Area B, and it will take me a long time to cross the starting point.

There was also the singing of the national anthem and the chorus of 30 thousand people at the starting ceremony, which was a wonderful thing.

Then, accompanied by intense music and various inflammatory words from the host, we started running.

You can't run for the first few minutes, slowly move closer to the starting line, turn on the mobile phone, turn off the cellular network, turn on the recording software, and only use GPS to record, which will save electricity. Cross the starting line and enter the east side of the square for running. When I ran across Tiananmen Square, I deliberately slowed down and took a photo.

The pace of the first kilometer is 5 minutes 10 seconds, which is quite fast. After all, there were too many people who just arrived at the starting line, and the speed couldn't go up. Later, it began to get faster and faster. The pace of one kilometer is 4 minutes and 40 minutes, and I have always maintained this pace. Occasionally slowing down at the water station, the speed can be kept within 5 minutes, which makes me more excited.

After 12 km, it didn't waste much time to replenish salt pills and energy glue. Because of the good conditions ahead, I also reduced the frequency of water intake stations, once every 5 km. It was not until the weather became hot halfway that the water intake stations started.

In this way, 10 km took more than 48 minutes. At the half-time, the half-time given by Yue Run Circle and Keep is 1 hour 43 minutes, which is my best result so far in the 10 km half marathon. I began to feel a little uncomfortable after 25 kilometers, and the speed could not be kept within 5 minutes. It takes 2 hours and 38 minutes to reach 30km, that is, the third 10 km takes about 55 minutes, which makes me feel that it is possible to break 4.

When I was 30 kilometers, I stopped to take a photo with the time card and sent a circle of friends, saying that the marathon has just started or is it over? What I want to say is that the last 12km is very difficult. If we can arrive smoothly within 4 hours, it will be the last 12km, which will be the hardest part of the whole journey. If I run down behind, basically my whole north horse will end at 30km.

Because of this, the pace of 1 km is the slowest in the whole journey, which takes 7 minutes 16 seconds. After that, I started running, whether it was the big sun or the tree-lined road. Although the speed is still slowly decreasing, it is much better than I expected. So it feels great to cross the finish line.

From now on, I will be a marathon runner in 4 hours. Although this score ranks in the thousand among all the finishers, even after 1000 in my age group (35-39 years old), I believe I can continue to improve my score.
