First, submit the product to a testing organization recognized by CPSC for testing, such as GWSTC.
Product inspection must be finished products, packed in English, with official manufacturer's address, production date and place of origin (which can be expressed by code).
CPC only targets children's products, including toys and baby products.
The certificate is generally issued by the manufacturer himself, but the holder and maintainer of the certificate must be in the United States, and can be importers, agents, etc. If the test is conducted outside the United States, don't ask a third party to issue a certificate, you must do it yourself, but they can help you draft, sign and seal it. If you are in the United States, you can ask a third party to issue a certificate as a certification body.
Note that although testing institutions can sometimes issue certificates, testing institutions and certification institutions are different concepts. There are both testing institutions and institutions recognized by certification bodies that can issue certificates. Non-certification bodies cannot issue certificates, but can only draft certificates. Otherwise, the certificate may not pass Amazon check.
