CorelDraw draws men's summer clothes styles
The application course of Corel Painter in the previous issues made us realize how Painter brought natural painting into full play. CorelDRAW, another vector drawing software of Corel Company, with its computing core and foundation based on industrial design principles, made the setting of tools, commands and parameters of the software meet the needs of industrial actual design, whether it was creative art illustration, rigorous and standardized appraisal system, packaging, and combined use with various industries. CorelDRAW is easy to learn, rigorous and standardized, which makes its vector drawing software an industry model. It can also be said that the software design on the market is relatively industrialized, and it is the vector drawing software that is most closely integrated with industry. In this tutorial, we went deep into the fashion design industry and invited two guests who have many years of design experience in this field to explain how to use CorelDRAW to draw style diagrams in fashion design.

CorelDRAW is a drawing design software commonly used in fashion design, pattern design and fabric design. It is easier to express clothing structure, proportion, pattern, color and other elements by CorelDRAW than by hand drawing. The main purpose of clothing style chart is to show your clothing style more intuitively and to be closer to the effect of ready-made clothes. This makes it easier for stylists and workers to understand and make your clothing style.

Compared with commercial artworks with high aesthetic level, such as illustrations created by CorelDRAW, the main purpose of CorelDRAW's application in clothing design drawings is to express the clothing style more intuitively, which is closer to the effect of garments. Among them, the expression of lines also has different meanings. The solid line represents the structural division of clothing, the dotted line represents the stitch, and the thick solid line mainly plays different roles. As for how to ensure the consistency between CorelDRAW color and actual clothing color, in fact, under normal circumstances, a mature clothing designer can analyze the consistency between computer color and real clothing color with his eyes. For beginners, you can use the textile Pantone color card to compare colors. In the style chart, we can directly scan the fabric into the computer and fill in the corresponding structure. Secondly, the change of lines in the style chart can also reflect some texture, but it is not as intuitive and strong as the former. In addition, Corel Painter is also a commonly used software in computer rendering of fashion design. It can completely replace the real hand-drawn software and can be modified repeatedly. In terms of drawing effect, you can also combine various painting brush effects to complete special drawing.

With the development of computer technology, it has become a trend to use CorelDRAW and Corel Painter to design clothes. This software can fully show the style results, stitches, fabrics, patterns and other details, which is closer to the ready-made effect and easier for printmakers and workers to understand and make your style. In addition to the necessary hand-drawing and computer software application, it is important for beginners of fashion design to have a deep understanding of the changes and development of fashion trends, be familiar with various fashion techniques and exercise their visual ability more. They often go to some high-end fashion malls and read some popular fashion websites and magazines.

1. Select Bezier tool from the cascading menu of hand-drawn tools in the toolbox to draw the outer contour of the jacket, and set the width of the outer contour to 0.2mm. ..

2. Select the Bessel tool to draw the sleeves.

3. Choose the Bessel tool to draw clothes and ties.

4. Select the Bessel tool to draw the inner collar of the clothes.

5. Select the Bessel tool to draw the coat collar.

6. Select the Bessel tool to draw the sleeves.

7. Select the Bessel tool to draw the front membrane.

8. Choose the Bezier tool to draw shoulders.

9. Select the Bessel tool to draw the garment piece open line.

10. Edit the open line outline style. You can manage docked windows by calling up object properties from the Window, or you can set it by opening the Contour Brush dialog box from the Contour Tool.

1 1. Click the style drop-down menu and select the dotted line suitable for spacing. In addition, you can adjust the color, thickness and measurement unit of the contour line through the color and width drop-down lists if necessary. Please note that the above operations can only be performed after the object is selected.

12. Select Bezier tool from the cascading menu of hand-drawn tools in the toolbox to draw clothing patterns and folds.

13. Generally, clothes pieces are colored, and the color is: c:49 m:54 y: 100 k:3.

14. Colour the coat, the color is: c: 40m: 28 y: 29 k c:40.

15. color the tie, the color is: c:9 1 m:87 y:87 k:78.

16. Color the front piece of the garment piece, the color is: c: 19 m:2 1 y:37 k:0.

17. Color the shoulder of the garment piece, the color is: c: 19 m:22 y:38 k:0.

18. Select the Art Pen tool from the overlay menu of hand-drawn tools in the toolbox, click the Sprinkler button in the property bar, click the Spray drop-down list in the property bar, and select the spray pen pattern.

19. Because in this case, we need to add our own pen spray pattern, let's first look at how to add new strokes. Select the pattern to add first, taking the small icon below as an example. Click the button to see if the selected pattern has been added to the spray gun pattern list. Click the Save button on the right side of the list to save the new artistic brush handwriting.

20. Now, we can use the newly added spray pen pattern to spray irrigation on the needed area, and the selected pattern will be sprayed to the place where the spray pen has been painted. Readers can also adjust the pen size, painting method, painting quantity and spacing, rotation angle and offset in the property bar to achieve their own satisfactory results.

2 1. Add shading pattern to the front piece and trim it into the same shape as the front piece. We use pruning tools and intersection tools in the arrangement to achieve this goal. As the name implies, after using the intersection function, a new object can be generated at the overlap of multiple objects. Let's get familiar with the application of "intersection" function through examples. Create two superimposed graphics. First, select the bottom graph as the source object, and then click Intersect. When the arrow becomes two superimposed rectangles, move it to another graph and click, and the trimming is finished. It should be noted that the final selected figure is the target figure to be trimmed.

22. Put the required pattern on the front piece below, trim the pattern to be consistent with the outline of the front piece, and put it behind the artistic pen layer.

23. To make the shoulder text pattern, let's get familiar with it through an example: enter text and create the required path, select the text, and then click Text-Fit Text to Path. At this point, the cursor becomes a black right arrow. Move the arrow and click the path to arrange the text along the path. Select the filled text in the path to display its property bar. By setting the options in the property bar, you can change the arrangement effect of the text, and readers can try it themselves. In order not to affect the beautiful effect of text arrangement, circular paths can be filled with transparent colors or deleted.

24. Let's use the above method to formally start making text patterns on our shoulders.

25, still use the "intersection" tool, the specific method is shown in step 2 1.

26. Draw its figure from the basic shape in the toolbox, then draw an ellipse to add a border, overlap and center it, and then draw the shape with the basic shape and combine it.

27. To make a button, please use the ellipse tool in the toolbox to draw an ellipse, add a border, then use the rectangle tool to draw a plus sign and place it in the ellipse.

28. Select the fill color of the graphic drawn by the Bessel tool, and (as above) combine the graphic with the shape, and put the graphic into the shape.

Use fonts in text, "Fit Text to Path".

29. The drawing of clothing renderings is completed in each step.
