In the early 1990s, American women's designer Emi Analia and Spanish men's designer Navarro Ulyse de Carola y Velásquez put forward the view that "the public can also follow the fashion". From then on, Emi and Navarro Ulyse focused on creating a "cheap visual feast" on the new york fashion runway, and the concept of "high-end design, low-end price" was deeply rooted in people's hearts.

1996, Emi and Navarro Ulyse, who wanted to develop clothing design into branding, serialization and industrialization, met Dongguan Yue Hong Clothing Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Dongguan Daxing Industrial Co., Ltd., the brand operation company of EMINU) which was in urgent need of completion at that time. Eminu, the first clothing brand in China Fashion Capital (Humen), was formally established to meet the demand of "value fashion".
