Reflections on the lecture "Let reading light up the road of teachers' professional growth"
In the dead of night, after putting the baby to sleep, I remembered the missed reading lecture, got up from bed and went to another quiet room to listen to and watch the lecture given by Mr. Bai Junting on CC talk. Benefiting a lot, the record is full, and the aftertaste is endless. I am infinitely grateful and respectful to the white teacher.

I. Feeling

Teacher Bai's courseware is substantial and wonderful. Choosing words, pictures and videos is convincing, novel and unique, which has opened my eyes. While listening carefully, I took quick screenshots and took notes, as if I were tasting a delicious food. This nutritious and delicious food is my first time to taste, and its color, fragrance and taste will never be forgotten.

From Mr. Bai's speech and thoughts, I can see that he is a man with pursuit and educational feelings. He is willing to help young people, guide them, encourage them and lead them. Like us confused owners, he is a radiant, energetic and charming person.

Second, harvest

I might as well study for ten years if I listen to you.

Mr. Bai's short 70-minute lecture contains a lot of information and thoughts, all of which are the essence of his years of growth, study and practice, which needs our audience to digest repeatedly or even for days. His advice, famous sayings, statistical conclusions and anecdotes of celebrities are all valuable advice, which requires me to internalize, reflect and practice for a long time.

Teacher Bai's lecture, let me keep it in my mind, in my notebook, and save it in the form of mobile phone screenshots. His lecture answered some of my puzzles, such as should I insist on taking reading notes? Do you want to keep writing? How powerful is it to make a little progress every day? At the same time, I can also realize that I have some intersections with Mr. Bai's lecture ideas, such as recording inspiration, reading peer books, reading classics and so on.

The management mode of the reading club guided by Mr. Bai-Yougonghao Reading Punch Club is worth learning, which broadens our horizons and provides a model for our own reading growth, and shows that this kind of communication is what we all need.

Third, practice.

To appreciate the beauty of reading and writing, we should, like Cai Zhizhong, persistently put in and output, read 20,000 books, persist in becoming an excellent self, and spend a meaningful life. Cai Zhizhong works 16 hour every day, but he actually works 1 minute, because he regards reading and other favorite jobs as a kind of enjoyment. Presumably, this realm will inspire us and make us yearn for it!

Read classics. Read classic books selectively, such as my favorite "Tao Te Ching", "Zhu Zi's Family Instructions", "Disciples Rules" and "China's Good Poems". Read these excellent ideas for a long time, so that the essence of Chinese civilization that has been passed down for thousands of years can penetrate into the heart, shape the mental outlook, and show the high confidence of Chinese culture in your words and deeds and your children!

Take notes unswervingly. As the saying goes, a good memory is not as good as writing. When reading, you can not only leave something in the narrative of the book, but also extract what you appreciate most and think is most valuable in a limited time, write it down in a reading notebook carefully, and then review it regularly and unconsciously internalize it. Isn't this a good way to effectively absorb book knowledge and record reading trajectory, which is worth advocating and returning to? In my opinion, the more information explodes, the more precious reading notes are.

Fourth, thank you

I am grateful to the confused group owners for constantly recommending the leaders and disseminators of excellent ideas to Xiangcheng education, to Mr. Bai Junting for his wonderful and selfless sharing and generous gift of books, to the host Kong Ping for his careful preparation and dedication to the lectures and reading sessions, and to the book lovers for their companionship.

Finally, I want to say that you can skip the beautiful scenery of spring and eat less delicious food, but don't miss this wonderful lecture!
