NASA has prepared the most complicated spacesuit in history for astronauts on the moon: 3D customization+customization module.
The astronauts who carried out Al themis's mission to the moon will put on the redesigned new spacesuit and complete more complicated tasks.

The design of the new spacesuit takes into account better mobility, enabling them to lift their arms and objects above their heads, and their hips and knees are flexible, thus making their travel on the surface of the moon smoother.

NASA also plans to scan every astronaut in full-body 3D to provide them with the most comfortable and extensive range of activities.

The new spacesuit will have interchangeable modular parts, which can be used for microgravity or spacewalking on the earth's surface.

This will allow astronauts to customize their spacesuits according to the environment, such as maintaining life functions in a heating system in an atmosphere rich in carbon dioxide or in a low temperature environment.

There will also be a rear hatch on the spacesuit to allow the wearer to climb into the spacesuit and improve the position of the shoulders to provide better mobility and protection.

Most importantly, the spacesuit will be designed to allow movement-astronauts will be able to lift things above their heads.

Because astronauts' movement in space depends on gravity, not their legs, the design of pants and boots will adapt to the movement in microgravity.

Advanced materials and joint load-bearing design will be used in the lower body area, and every astronaut will get hiking shoes with flexible soles.

At present, the microphone on the helmet sometimes makes people sweat and feel uncomfortable. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is going to replace it with a new system, which is embedded in the helmet, activated by sound and placed on the top of the helmet.

Helmets are also being remodeled. The new spacesuit will have a clear protective mask, and the quick change function means that astronauts can change the mask before or after the spacewalk without sending it back to Earth for repair.

Nasa plans to land near the south pole of the moon in the second half of 2024.
