(5) The comprehensive score of the exam consists of written test and interview results in a ratio of 4:6. If the comprehensive scores are the same, the interview scores will be determined in the order from high to low.
Fourth, physical examination
The candidates for medical examination shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position to the order of comprehensive test results 1: 1 (the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves).
The physical examination is conducted in the designated hospital. If the candidates recommended by the physical examination hospital cannot reach a qualified conclusion within one month, the unit can fill in the candidates in turn according to actual needs.

Those who pass the physical examination are the objects of investigation, mainly to examine the candidates' ideological and political, law-abiding, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, etc., and to verify whether they are qualified for the examination.

Sixth, the treatment of work
The treatment standard shall be implemented according to the relevant documents on the management of supernumerary personnel in the district.
The employed personnel shall be on probation as required.
Those who pass the examination during the probation period shall enjoy corresponding wages and benefits.
If the probation period fails to pass the examination, the labor contract shall be terminated.
Seven, matters needing attention
(1) If the certificate is not uniform or does not meet the requirements, the qualification for written examination, interview and physical examination will be cancelled.
