First, the shelf is fixed on the ground.
In this respect, fixation can also be divided into two categories, one is the method of increasing friction with foot pieces, and the other is the method of fixing with expansion screws.
Generally, light, medium or partially heavy stacked shelves are fixed by increasing the friction between the shelves and the ground, which is usually called placing, not real fixing. However, in some large warehouses, all kinds of cross-beam shelves are indeed fixed with expansion screws, that is, punching holes in the ground, putting the expansion screws in, and then firmly fixing them with the screw holes on the bottom feet of the shelves.
Second, the shelf parts are fixed.
There are many different classifications in this respect. The following are two common types: one is the assembly and fixation of columns, and the other is the fixation of beams and columns.
The cross braces of light, medium and even some heavy shelves are fixed between two columns by welding, while the heavy beam shelves are fixed by screws. The commonly used diamond hole+olecranon clamp is used to fix beams and columns, which belongs to the balanced contact between two points inserted vertically, with good safety and stability. The fixing method of bearing more than one ton is slightly different, not simple contact, but line contact.
