Generally, regimental cadres in field forces have cars (generally Jetta King level and Cheetah level). The imported off-road vehicles you see are only qualified for the heads of divisions, and the company-level units in border defense forces have cars (generally the worst field jeeps), but that is not for company leaders, but for company patrols. If someone else is in a large organization, they may equip you for special tasks, and there are many situations and not many levels.
