Vertical integration mode. The common supply chain management of small and medium-sized foreign-funded garment enterprises is an integrated organization composed of countries with different economic development levels. All processes are carried out by enterprises themselves, without outsourcing, and the supply chain management mode is vertical integration mode. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) refer to enterprises established in People's Republic of China (PRC) according to law with relatively small personnel scale and operation scale, including medium-sized enterprises, small enterprises and micro enterprises.
