During inspection, the number of samples and the number of qualified and unqualified products are determined according to the batch range, inspection level and AQL value. Clothing quality inspection adopts a one-time sampling scheme, and the AQL of clothing batches is 2.5. At present, AQL2.5 is widely used in foreign factory inspection (of course, the QC standard of each company is different. Generally speaking, clothing inspection is divided into big defects and small defects, which are respectively AQL2.5 and AQL4.0, and the specific indicators can be checked according to the number of sampling).
