It's really important to wash your face when you have acne. Whenever I don't touch it with my hands, when my acne itches, I can wipe it with Heart-to-Heart Facial Cleanser, which is both disinfectant and antipruritic. Very good.

I must wash my face. I gave up facial cleanser and bought Dove's milk soap since I got acne, because I think the soap is cleaner. Dove's milk soap contains a quarter of moisturizing ingredients, which is quite moisturizing. Because I wash my face too many times a day, my skin can easily secrete more oil, so I only wash my face once in the morning and once at night, which requires me to wash my face thoroughly every time. I washed my face twice with warm soap first, so it was clean. Sometimes I wash it with soap first, and then use facial cleanser nourished by Olay. If it's too much trouble, I use soap twice. Warm water can make pores open and clean, but my pores are rough, which will make them bigger, so wash them with cold water again.

Now that the acne is not long, I will use one or two skin creams donated by the military, and then I will start to study how to get rid of acne marks after this bottle is used up, haha ~
