(3) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.
2. When filling in the registration information, applicants should fill in the main work experience, professional and technical titles and other relevant information in the column of "Candidates' Resume" according to the application conditions, and must indicate their work unit, positions and starting and ending years. Candidates should participate in the qualification review and assessment according to the specified time and place, otherwise they will be deemed to have given up their qualifications.

The content of the lecture focuses on the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability related to the requirements of the recruitment position, and mainly tests the educational and teaching ability of the candidates.
The full mark of the lecture is 100, and the qualified line is 60.
In the position table, the candidates for positions 1-5 are determined to participate in the interview according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position in the order from high score to low score above the qualified line. If the ratio is less than this, it is determined according to the actual number of people above the qualified line.

(2) written examination
The written test mainly includes the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic application ability related to this position, and does not specify the outline and teaching materials.

In the job table, among those above the qualified written test line, the candidates for position No.6 are determined to participate in the interview according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of people to be recruited in each recruitment position, and those below this ratio are determined according to the actual number of people above the qualified line.

(3) Qualification examination
Before the interview, our school will review the qualifications of the interviewers and check the originals of the following materials (and provide a set of photocopies):
1. Second-generation ID card (copy the front and back on a piece of A4 paper).
2. Academic qualifications and degree certificates at various stages after high school. To obtain a foreign academic degree, you must also provide a certificate of foreign academic degree issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.
3. Relevant certificates required in the announcement and job list (party member certificate, work experience certificate, professional title certificate, etc.). ).
Among them, party member's certification materials are issued by the organizational department of the candidate's unit or the secondary party organization; The work experience certificate of party and government management in colleges and universities is issued by the personnel department at the university level (excluding other secondary departments or units in the school).
In the certificate, the position and the start and end date of the position must be clearly defined; Professional title certificate must be provided.
All the materials provided by the candidates and the certification materials issued by each unit must be true and valid.
If fraud is verified, the applicant shall be disqualified or the employment contract shall be terminated immediately.

If the qualification review fails, the next candidate will be re-examined according to the written test (or trial lecture) results from high to low.

(4) Psychological test
It mainly tests the mental health status and quality ability of candidates.
This item is an investigation item and is not included in the total score.
(5) Interview
1. The interview was conducted according to the examination plan issued by Suzhou Vocational College of Arts and Crafts, which mainly tested the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required for performing the post responsibilities.
2. The interview score 100, the qualified line is 60.
There is no competitive position in the interview, and the qualified scores of candidates must reach 60% of the total interview scores.
The interview results were announced on the spot.
(VI) Calculation method of total score
The total score of candidates is calculated by percentage system. Full mark 100, the qualified line is 60.
Calculation method of total score: total score = written test (trial lecture) score x40%+ interview score X60 %;; The total score is 60 points, and those who fail to pass the total score will not be hired.
The written test scores, trial lecture scores, interview scores and total test scores are all calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
If the total score is the same, the one with higher written (test) score will be given priority, and if the interview score is the same, the ranking will be determined by interview plus test.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
The school will organize an inspection for those who pass the medical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired according to the results of the inspection and medical examination.
The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or other reasons lead to the vacancy of the employment position, the school will decide whether to make up for it.
If it is really necessary to make up for it, among those who pass the examination, the personnel shall take part in the medical examination and inspection according to the total score from high to low.
After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.
