How are wrapping fibers formed?
The fiber entering the conveying pipe directly overlaps the rotating yarn at H point and does not reach the coagulation tank. The common influencing factors are long fiber length, small rotor diameter and increased number of winding fibers. Wrapped fiber is broadly defined as filament or short fiber wrapped around the yarn core or the outer layer of the wrapped yarn body. The strength and appearance structure of yarn are obtained by winding fibers.
