If the red light flashes immediately after the paper is fed, there may be a problem with the installation of the carbon tape. Confirm the installation of carbon tape. If there is nothing wrong with the installation of the carbon belt, it is possible that the speed sensor of the carbon belt is broken. If you don't take a complete label after measuring the paper every time, it may be that the paper sensor is broken.
