The process of warehouse management:

First, warehousing

1, the goods are put into storage. After the goods arrive at the warehouse, the warehouse keeper and the deliveryman will check, register and sign for confirmation (the outer packaging is undamaged and rejected if damaged). Complete the check between the list and the physical object within one hour, and then notify the finance department to make an entry, and the warehouse administrator will classify the products according to the finished product warehousing standard.

2. Return the goods to the warehouse. After the goods are returned to the warehouse, the warehouse administrator will inspect the goods through a handwritten return form (which must be signed by the business personnel). If the product is not a company product, they will refuse to sign for it. If the product is a company product, and the category and quantity of the product are consistent with the return order, sign and hand over the business, and then record the product in ERP.

Second, outbound

1. Sales problem of company delivery. According to the printed sales order, the warehouse manager distributes the goods according to the first-in first-out principle. After the distribution is completed, the warehouse manager will check and sign the goods, and temporarily store the goods in the distribution area according to the customer classification of the business personnel. Finally, sign and hand over the goods with the business personnel, and package the goods according to the order.

2. On-site sales of the warehouse (i.e. customers). The warehouse keeper shall distribute the goods according to the printed or handwritten sales order (the handwritten sales order must be signed by the supervisor) on the principle of first in first out. After the delivery is completed, the warehouse keeper will check and sign the goods, and finally sign and hand over the goods with the customer. After that, the sales order will be written by the opponent, so as to carry out accounting check in time.

3. Sales delivery through third-party logistics or buses. The warehouse manager distributes the goods according to the printed sales list on the principle of first in first out. After the delivery is completed, the warehouse manager will check and sign the goods, and then pack the goods. Then the warehouse manager in charge of distribution will hand it over to the third party logistics or bus for distribution and keep the transport documents, and then hand them over to customer service for processing.

4. Commercial loans. The warehouse keeper will distribute the goods according to the printed IOUs on the principle of first in first out. After the delivery, the warehouse keeper will check and sign the goods, temporarily store the goods in the delivery area according to the classification of the business personnel, package the goods separately, and finally sign and hand over the goods with the business personnel.

5. Replenishment and delivery: After the business personnel complete the accounting check on the same day, the warehouse administrator will replenish the goods with the printed or handwritten sales order (which must be signed by the supervisor). After the goods are distributed, the warehouse administrator will check and sign, and the goods will be temporarily stored in the distribution area according to the classification of business personnel, and finally signed and handed over with the business personnel.

Extended data:

Warehouse management, also known as warehouse management, refers to the effective control of the receipt, delivery and balance of goods in the warehouse. Its purpose is to ensure that the goods in the warehouse are intact and normal production and business activities can be carried out for enterprises. Matters needing attention

1, commodity storage shelves should be equipped with inventory cards, and the principle of first-in first-out should be paid attention to when entering and leaving commodities. You can also use color management methods, such as using different color labels every week or month to clearly identify the date of purchase.

2. The warehouse management personnel should communicate with the ordering personnel in time so that the goods can arrive at the warehouse. In addition, it is necessary to promptly put forward the early warning notice of insufficient inventory to prevent shortage.

3. In principle, the warehousing and storage of goods should be kept as required, and taken as required. However, considering the efficiency and safety, it is necessary to formulate the operation time regulations.

4, goods in and out of the warehouse to do a good job of registration, to clarify the responsibility of custody. However, some commodities (such as frozen and refrigerated commodities) pay attention to timeliness, and also adopt the practice of combining store inventory with warehouse inventory.

5, the warehouse should pay attention to access control management, no entry.
