Article 4 Deduction of clothing depreciation for security personnel

1. If the security guard does not collect the clothing deposit after joining the company, but resigns for personal reasons, or is dismissed because his work performance violates the company's regulations, the clothing depreciation fee shall be deducted.

2. (1) If the security uniform is lost or damaged due to personal reasons, I shall apply to the General Management Department, and after the approval of the Minister, the party concerned shall compensate for the depreciation expenses. At the same time, the comprehensive management department can reissue new uniforms after verification, and calculate the service life based on the date of issuance.

(2) If the security guard leaves his post or changes jobs and fails to return the uniform and logo in time or is lost, he shall be compensated at the original price.

(3) If the security guard leaves his post or changes his post and the uniform is returned in time, the depreciation shall be calculated according to the depreciation calculation method of the uniform. The depreciation expense shall be borne by the security guard personally and deducted from his salary.

(4) Unified depreciation calculation method:

1) If you leave your job during the internship period, it will be calculated at the original price.

2) If the employee leaves or changes jobs after less than half a year's work, the uniform fee shall be calculated as one-half depreciation fee.

4) In case of leaving or changing jobs after working for one year but less than two years, the uniform fee shall be calculated as a quarter of the depreciation fee.

5) Those who have worked for two years will not bear depreciation expenses.

(1) The company and the individual shall bear 50% of the clothing expenses paid during the period of continuous service for more than one year but less than four years. From the first month after the security guard has worked continuously for one year, the company will pay the average monthly salary to the security guard in 24 months.

(2) The company shall bear 70% and the individual shall bear 30% of the clothing expenses paid during the continuous service of the company for more than four years and less than seven years. From the first month after the security guard has worked continuously for five years, the company will pay the average monthly salary to the security guard in 24 months.

(3) All the clothing expenses paid by the company after seven years of continuous work shall be borne by the company, and will be repaid according to the average monthly salary within 24 months from the second month of clothing distribution. 3. 4. If the security guard who enjoys the company's clothing replacement fee leaves the company, the company will only replace the clothing fee until the last month of his resignation according to Article 2 of these Provisions, and the rest of the clothing fee will be borne by the individual, and the clothing issued will also be owned by the individual.

5. The safety badge and work number are not included in the assembly, and the company will charge a deposit of 100 yuan when issuing. When leaving the company, the deposit will be refunded.
