A natural person who uses a third-party trading platform to engage in online commodity trading and has the registration conditions shall apply for a business license. If the third-party trading platform is used to engage in online commodity trading, and administrative license is required according to laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council, business license and relevant licenses are required.
