What does company 6S mean?
The 6S management of the company refers to sorting out (SEIRI), rectifying (SEITON), cleaning (SEISO), cleaning (SEIKETSU), literacy (SHITSUKE) and safety.

"6S" are interrelated, and sorting, rectifying and cleaning are the specific contents; Cleaning refers to the institutionalization and standardization of the above 3S implementation practice, and the implementation and maintenance of the results; Literacy refers to cultivating every employee to form good habits and abide by rules. 6S management content:

Seiri)-classify everything in the workplace as necessary and unnecessary, and eliminate everything except what is necessary to stay. Objective: To make room for flexible use, prevent misuse and create a refreshing workplace.

Seton-put the necessary items left in the designated position, put them neatly and mark them. Objective: The workplace should be clear at a glance, which can save the time of searching for articles, create a clean working environment and eliminate excessive backlog of articles.

Seiso- clean the visible and invisible places in the workplace and keep the workplace clean and beautiful. Objective: To stabilize quality and reduce work-related injuries.
