These laws, regulations and policies encourage clothing enterprises to develop their brands, encourage chain management mode, encourage consumption upgrading in rural markets, safeguard the legitimate interests of the company and are conducive to the company's development.

(1) VAT

Self-produced primary agricultural products sold by agricultural producers can be tax-free; General taxpayers can deduct the input tax according to 13% when purchasing agricultural products.

(2) Enterprise income tax

The income of enterprises engaged in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery projects shall be exempted or reduced, so as to provide policy support for the construction of high-quality cotton yarn, cotton cloth and cotton textile production bases and the primary processing of cotton, hemp, silk and other agricultural products in the textile industry.

(3) Export tax rebate

Since the second half of 2008, the state has adjusted the export tax rebate rate of textiles and clothing for four times. (8) The clothing industry has promoted the "eastward spinning and westward moving".
