Anyone who calls you for money is a liar. Whatever the reason, ignore him and say it's the cost of work clothes, physical examination and famous brand.

Physical examination, usually a regular hospital designated by the manufacturer, can be checked by itself and give the certificate of the inspection result to the manufacturer instead of giving the money to the manufacturer.
