Freshmen who belong to Party members should go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between the Party and the League organizations. The relationship between the Party and the League organizations is not put into the freshmen's files, but is brought into the school by freshmen after being issued separately. When freshmen in party member report for duty, they should be given a letter of introduction from the Party organization and sealed materials for joining the Party. The letter of introduction to the relationship between party organizations must be issued and forwarded by party organizations at or above the county (district). The address bar of the letter of introduction should be filled with "Organization and Cadre Department of Sichuan Education Commission", and the location bar of the letter of introduction should be filled with "Chengdu Medical College".
Step 2 move the account
Freshmen from all over the country voluntarily moved their accounts. If you need to move your household registration, you should register with the household registration management department where your household registration is located with our school's admission notice. Freshmen in six districts of Chengdu (Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, chenghua district, jinniu district, Wuhou District and High-tech Zone) and their districts and counties do not transfer their registered permanent residence. The registered permanent residence address is "Chengdu Medical College, No.601,Tian Huan Road, Rongdu Avenue, jinniu district, Chengdu, Sichuan".
Note: Undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine (order-oriented) and students majoring in clinical medicine (oriented students) are trained free of charge and do not transfer their household registration.
3. Basic medical insurance
Our school has carried out the work of bringing college students into the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents. According to the spirit of the policy, college students from urban and rural low-income families and disabled students who hold the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card" and have a disability level of Grade I or II (not subject to household registration restrictions) will be fully subsidized by the civil affairs departments of the regions (cities) and counties where the universities are located through medical assistance funds.
Freshmen who meet the conditions of insurance subsidies are required to carry the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card" (original) issued by the Disabled Persons' Federation where the household registration is located, and students from low-income families carry low-guarantee copies stamped with the official seal of the Civil Affairs Bureau at or above the county level, identity cards and household registration books of low-income households and low-income students, and recent funding records of the Civil Affairs Bureau; Low-income students without "low guarantee" need to issue a low-income certificate with official seal at the local civil affairs bureau.
4. Fill in the questionnaire
Freshmen are required to truthfully fill in the Questionnaire on Students and Their Families in Colleges and Universities in the Introduction to Student Financial Assistance Policies in Colleges and Universities sent with the admission notice, and submit it to their colleges (departments) after admission.
5. Bring your own documents.
Freshmen bring their own files to school and hand them over to their affiliated hospitals (departments) for unified registration and custody.
Second, the fees to be paid when entering school.
1, tuition
Business administration, health service and management are 4,440 yuan per student per academic year, information management and information system, biomedical engineering and applied psychology are 4,920 yuan per student per academic year, and other majors are 5,000 yuan per student per academic year.
2. Residence
According to Chuanjiao (2007) 190, the accommodation standard is 800- 1200 yuan, and the specific standard is subject to the actual dormitory conditions arranged by the school.
Note: Students trained in clinical medicine (order orientation) and students trained in clinical medicine (orientation) are exempt from the above tuition and accommodation fees.

1, textbook and stationery fee
According to the curriculum stipulated in the teaching plan and syllabus, the school will uniformly invite public bidding and purchase teaching materials for students during the school period. The textbook fee is paid at the beginning of each academic year, and each new student pays 900 yuan in advance at the beginning of each academic year, and the settlement is made according to the bidding price announced each academic year.
The school invites tenders for the purchase of stationery for freshmen, and the stationery fee for freshmen of grade 20 16 is paid once per student in 200 yuan. Stationery includes stethoscope, FM earphone, cloth shoes cover, experiment report book, practice appraisal, experiment paper, etc.
Total cost of teaching materials and stationery 1 100 yuan.
2. Professional clothing expenses
According to the document requirements of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, medical majors need to unify professional clothing. The school invites tenders for new students 1 professional work clothes (including white hats) and masks in winter and summer, and the total cost per student 133 yuan.
3, physical examination review fee and basic medical insurance for college students.
All freshmen will be re-examined after entering the school. The re-examination fee for physical examination is 1 10 yuan per student, which will be paid in one lump sum when entering the school.
According to the requirements of relevant national documents, college students participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents, and their fees are paid in the autumn semester according to the annual standard. The payment standard for 20 16 is per person per year 160 yuan.
4, sportswear costs
According to the spirit of Sichuan Education [2004] 169 "Opinions on Developing Military Training for Students in Colleges and Senior Middle Schools", the school uniformly invited tenders to purchase new military training sportswear (including shoes), and the price in bidding contract was 245 yuan/person.
5, bedding and daily necessities
According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, in order to strengthen and standardize the management of students' apartments in our school, the school invited tenders for 20 16 bedding and some daily necessities, and the charging standard was 460 yuan/person, including cotton mattresses, quilt covers, bed sheets, pillowcases, pillows, summer mats, mosquito nets, towels, washbasins and other daily necessities.
6, campus card recharge
In order to reduce the queuing time for freshmen to recharge their campus cards, each freshman of grade 20 16 will be recharged 100 yuan when reporting for the campus card.
The above fees are charged by the school planning and finance department when freshmen enter school.

1, supplementary insurance premium for critical illness medical assistance
Students who have participated in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents may voluntarily participate in the supplementary medical insurance for serious illness in Chengdu. The charging standards are 230 yuan/person and 460 yuan/person. Freshmen who need to apply for the exam are registered in the school hospital after entering the school.
2. Vaccine
In order to effectively prevent, control and eliminate the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases and ensure the health of students during their school days, it is suggested that freshmen should go to the school hospital for vaccination on a voluntary basis.
Fourth, freshmen report for duty.
June 1, September 10, all freshmen except nursing reported in Xindu Campus. On September 1 1, all nursing freshmen reported in Tianhui campus. Freshmen should report to the school at the specified time with the school admission notice and my ID card. After the freshmen arrive at the school, please report to the freshmen at the school and go through the registration procedures according to the process. Freshmen can buy half-price tickets with the admission notice.
2. Freshmen who cannot report on time due to special reasons must ask for leave from the school admissions office in advance. Leave of absence shall generally not exceed two weeks. Freshmen who have not taken time off or have taken time off but failed to report within the time limit are deemed to have given up their admission qualifications, except for force majeure.
3, through the student loan or social student payment of freshmen, by the loan bank or funding units will be allocated to the school tuition. 1, school bus pick-up station
The school has arranged a school bus pick-up station at Chengdu North Railway Station, and the reception area of the railway station has the "Chengdu Medical College Pick-up Station". 2. Go to school by yourself
Xindu Campus: You can take Daqian Road, Northbound Line, Shulong Road or the Xindu exit of Zicheng Mian Expressway to Xindu Avenue and then arrive at the school. Take the Chengdu Ring Expressway to the school in the direction of Xindu at the exit of Daqian Road in Sanhechang, or take the bus No.650 from Chengdu Beimen Station to Xindu District.
Tianhui Campus: Freshmen can take Bus No.9 and Bus No.650 at Chengdu North Station or Gaosuntang Station and get off at Chengdu Medical College Station. You can also take a bus from Chengdu to Xindu, Qingbaijiang, Guanghan and Deyang (take Rongdu Avenue, also known as Sichuan-Shaanxi Dajian Road) and get off at the school gate.
There are buses from East Railway Station to North Railway Station and Xindu, and there are buses from the airport to North Railway Station.
