Your friend's version is from China Bank to Hongkong. If it belongs to the Bank of China, you can't change it.

If you confirm that you want to buy the Hong Kong version of PS, first set up a Hong Kong service account. After logging in to PS4 and exchanging codes with special codes, the special codes will be in your account. After purchasing PS4, download it from the content storage in PS4.
