The national costumes of Yi women are mainly red or blue, with butterflies as patterns and colorful flowers embedded in their skirts. Yi people are located in the southwest of China and Southeast Asia. The Yi population in China is 9,830,327 (2021), mainly distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Guangxi. Its hydropower and mineral resources are abundant, and its agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry have their own characteristics.
