1. Before the installation of broken aluminum door and window glass, the dirt in the cutting mouth must be cleaned up, and the bottom putty with a thickness of 1-3mm should be evenly applied along the whole length of the cutting mouth.

2. Install the glass whose long side is greater than 1.5m or whose short side is greater than 1m, and fix it with rubber pads, battens and screws.

3. For the glass installed in the fan, the position of the locating pad shall be determined according to the opening direction. The width of the positioning pad should be greater than the thickness of the supported glass, and the length should not be less than 25mm, and it should meet the design requirements of broken aluminum doors and windows.

4. The glass installed on the mullion should be placed on two identical locating blocks and placed on the edge perpendicular to the glass.
