There are many reasons for this, such as 1. Too tight; 2. If there is oil in the sliding vane or belt, it must be taken out and wiped clean; 3. If the belt is too tight, lower the belt drive seat or adjust the motor backwards.

1. The temperature is too high or not enough, and sometimes the viscosity of special belt is poor, so the temperature must be accurate;
2. The voltage used is not enough, and the voltage in many factories is often not enough. If the extension cord or cable is used again, it will cause the voltage to drop, reduce the originally adjusted temperature, and even burn the motor when it is tied tightly, so try to avoid using the cable. If you must use an extension line, you must use a thick line to connect, not a long one;
3. The electric heating steel sheet is too high and too low, or left and right, so it can't enter the heating when it touches the upper and lower PP belts, or the left and right knives, and it must be adjusted according to the situation;
4. The exhaust micro fan is faulty and the temperature is too high.
4. The automatic strapping machine will not discharge the adhesive tape.
In that case, why don't you check first? Adjustment of tape length? Are you there? 0? , and then see if the threading process is correct; If it doesn't work, see if there is any foreign body stuck near the belt feed roller, which will also cause this situation.
