Article 108 Soldiers must behave well, talk in a civilized manner, be full of energy and have a correct posture. Don't put your hands behind your back, put them in your pockets. Don't smoke, eat and fan while walking. Don't walk arm in arm.
Article 109 Soldiers attending assemblies and parties must enter the meeting place in the prescribed time and order, take their seats in the designated places, observe the order of the meeting place, and must not be late or leave early. After the meeting, leave in turn.
Article 110 Soldiers must abide by public order and traffic rules when going out, observe social morality, behave in a civilized manner, and consciously safeguard the reputation of the army.
