The family business has developed to the sixth generation, providing high-quality cashmere and wool for customers who pay attention to taste and quality, thus becoming the largest cashmere manufacturer and the largest wool buyer in the world.
In the past 200 years, Loro Piana has been pursuing excellent quality and craftsmanship. Italy's LORO Piana, the most famous wool fabric, is camel hair except Kashmir.
Camel hair, which originated in Peru, was taken from camels that were once endangered. Because it is a very precious and rare material, it was once used by Inca nobles in South America. Camel hair is the youngest, thinnest and lightest fiber in all wool, and it feels smooth. With constant temperature function, the average diameter is 12 to 13 micron. Each adult camel, plus, can only be combed from the neck, and the yield is extremely rare. After finishing and cutting, only 120g can be used for textile. A coat usually needs 25 to 30 alpaca hairs.
On May 15, 2008, LORO· Piana, an Italian high-end brand, grandly opened in the International Trade Center. This is the 109 store of Loropia in the world and the second store in China after Shanghai.
