Second, the recruitment principles and procedures
The recruitment work is based on the principle of "openness, justice and fairness", with strict procedures and merit-based recruitment. The specific recruitment work is carried out according to the following procedures:
1, register. I took my diploma, ID card, household registration book (the above documents must be original and photocopy) and three recent photos of me 1 inch bareheaded, and went to Laishan Talent Service Center for registration and initial inspection from June 5 to 6 (8: 30-1:30 am). Those who pass the initial inspection will get the admission ticket from Laishan Urban Management Law Enforcement Brigade at 8: 30-9: 30 am on Friday 10.
2. Qualification examination. Those who provide false materials will be disqualified once verified.
3. Examination. It is divided into two steps: written test and interview, both of which are scored according to the percentage system. According to the written test scores accounting for 60% and the interview scores accounting for 40%, personal comprehensive scores are calculated. In the case of the same comprehensive score, law graduates are preferred.

3. Physical examination and admission. Primary election personnel shall organize physical examination (at their own expense) and political examination in a unified way. If the physical examination and political examination do not meet the requirements and there are vacancies, they will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
Third, employment management.

2. The employees are managed by Laishan Human Resources Company, with salary, five insurances and one gold.
3. The hired personnel are uniformly assigned to the Laishan City Management Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, and the initial employment period is 2 years. The probation period is two months. During the probation period, if there are violations of rules and regulations, or if they are not competent for the work of this unit for other reasons, they will be dismissed.
